I would like to acknowledge that I operate on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples–Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Additionally, if you're looking for a medical pedicure in Vancouver or a toe nail cutting service near me, there are excellent toenail cutting services near me that can help you maintain your foot health in the Vancouver area.

Nursing foot care is a specialized service provided by a nurse who has graduated from a recognized nursing program and holds a current active practicing license with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
The qualified nurse has pursued further education to offer comprehensive foot care, including medical foot care services, ensuring that all procedures adhere to strict infection-control protocols and use sterile tools.
This is especially true for those unable to assess and perform their own foot care, including people with dementia, Parkinson's, disabilities, and various mental health conditions.
If you find yourself saying YES to any of the above issues, I can assist you with your feet.
Let's ensure your feet are well cared for at a Vancouver foot service you can trust.

During your initial appointment:
- We conduct a thorough foot assessment that includes a footwear review and a mobility evaluation.
- We assess toenails, skin, and circulation of the feet while offering services such as trimming, filing, and cleaning toenails.
- If needed, we also reduce thick nails and provide foot care education.
- Appointment is up to 1 hour
Subsequent foot care appointments can take approximately up to 45 mins.
It's recommended to schedule your foot care every 6 to 8 weeks to prevent new complications.
If you experience:
- Pain when walking or when bedsheets rest on your toe
- Pain in the nail fold
- Red nail folds
- Toe and/or nail feels hotter than other areas of the foot.
Additionally, if there is possible drainage from the area, such as pus, it is essential to have the infection cleared first by your family doctor before any treatment begins.
Various factors include:
- Nails being cut too short
- Wearing tight-fitting shoes
- or a genetic disposition.
